Costa Rica will be the host of the first Congress of Medical Tourism of Latin America which will take place from April 26 through April 28, 2010, at the Convention Center of the Hotel Ramada Herrradura in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Massimo Manzi, Chief of Staff, Minister for Competitiveness, Government of Costa Rica, Costa Rica announced this week that a high level delegation promoting Medical Tourism in Costa Rica is heading to Houston for Costa Rica’s first ever meeting with U.S. insurance companies, facilitators, employers and other groups involved in healthcare services.  Costa Rica’s Minister of Foreign Trade will be traveling with the delegation and heading the high level agenda of events.
